Is this backpack waterproof? Mine is getting soaked with the snow when I walked around campus

This pack is not waterproof. If you like your current pack, you can save money and purchase a pack cover. Backcountry sells covers from $24.95, depending on the size you need. If you want a new pack, many of the Osprey packs include a rain cover, or if you prefer a completely waterproof pack, look at the SealLine Urban and DAKINE Cyclone Roll Top to name a few.
