Is this jacket good for backpacking in rainy day. Is it enough for treking in rainy day or do I need GTX pack lite membrain?
I´m looking for a really light, breathable but also really waterproof jacket.

This i exactly what you're looking for, this is essentially the women's version of the Marmot Mica. Completely waterproof, very breathable, incredibly lightweight. Exactly what you want for trekking. If you're looking for slightly more breathable at the cost of weight and price, you could upgrade to the Whisperlite, Marmot's paclite offering which weighs around an ounce more than this jacket.
