OK, I ran with these energy tights in about 0 degrees F., maybe -2 degrees here in Colorado on Jan. 31 at 6:00AM. My legs felt the chill but it was certainly do-able! I put these on with track pants over them to block the airflow and they felt super warm, again on another zero degree F. day.
