I have the OR Mentor in Medium, how does this run? Should I get it in M or L? Would be used under the mentor over a base layer, or if it was way cold (doubt it would come to this) over a midweight fleece with a mentor over this again. Thanks.

This is a pretty slim fitting jacket and the Mentor is a shell made to fit over things. Go with the Medium.
