I'm trying to decide between medium & large. I'm 6'2, 165, lean, relatively small frame. I wear mediums in 2XU.
What do you think will work best for me?

Sizing for these tights is very specific. Make sure you review the sizing chart before purchasing.

Go with the mediums, the large would be much too big. The purpose is to have a tight fit to promote blood flow.
