How do I get a new on/off dial for my tracker? Mine has fractured at the stem which is in back of the dial and will not do its thing.

Hi Steve. To see if the beacon is still under warranty, go to http://backcountryaccess.com/images/TrackerWarrantyChart.pdf . After that, just call BCA customer service at 800-670-8735. If it's under warranty, then you're covered. If not, there will be a charge to cover the cost. Hope that helps! Cheers, Bruce E.
