Is this a good shoe for a walking in Ireland. I need water resistance, ability to add my custom orthodic, can wear a warm sock. how much bigger do I go?

I just spent 2 weeks walking through Germany and Austria in rain, heat, and cool temperatures The shoes are wonderful! Waterproof, warm, and so comfortable-my feet have never been happier! They are undoubtedly the most confortable shoes for walking I have ever owned. I have already bought another pair in another color, and I'm thinking about buying Keen winter boots as well!
