I own both jackets and both are very nice. However, I like the Patagonia Nano Puff Hoody better. The Nano is lighter and thinner, yet feels warmer than the Atom LT. Again, you can't go wrong with either, but I recommend the Nano Puff Hoody.

The Nano Puff Hoody uses 60 grams of Primaloft One insulation for the entire jacket. (Primalot One is the best synthetic insulation on the market) It uses a DWR coated lightweight recycled poly shell for the exterior and interior of the jacket, and is super packable. The hood is a pretty cool design as well - minimalist while still be warm and easy to use. The atom lt has 100 grams of synthetic insulation for the arms and body, and has stretch panels under the arms, as well as nylon for the exterior shell. The Atom LT might be more comparable to the Patagonia Micro Puff, as they both use 100 grams of insulation. Go Nano Puff Hoody - you'll be stoked!
