I live in Australia and am going to Banff, Canada end of October this year to work at Sunshine Village for the whole season. I have never been snowboarding before and am not sure what to get. I've heard a lot of good things about the Burton feelgood and troop but which one is better? I'm 48kg and around 5'5.

if you've never been snowboarding before i'd start out with the Burton Feather or Lux. The troop is a great board but its for a more advanced rider. Once you get more experience you'll be able to decide which sort of terrain you like best and you'll be able to buy a board better suited for it.
