Are these the only mitts on the market that use a gore-tex shell...

Are these the only mitts on the market that use a gore-tex shell as opposed to a gore-tex liner? And if so, what took so long?

These http://www.backcountry.com/outdoor-research-cornice-mitten have a gor-tex shell, and these http://www.backcountry.com/outdoor-research-latitude-mitten have a gore-tex shell with a softshell glove for the liner. Mountain Hardwear also makes gor-tex mitts, as do a few others. I bought the OR Latitude so I could use them as just a shell. I tried on the gloves version of this arc'teryx mitt and they had an amazing feel too them.
