Anyone know if I could mount my Frichis on this bad boy?? or maybe even a Salomon 9-12 ti from 4 years ago?

You can mount any bindings on these skis! The Slider plate accepts anything from Tele to AT to Alpine. Plus you can buy extra sliders so you can have one pair of skis with two different setups. One set of slider plates mounted with your 4 year old Salomons for in-bounds days and then another set mounted with your Fritschis for backcountry days. Check out the video
