I bought a pair of these boots and find them extremely stiff--anyway to speed up the process to loosen them up?

My winter boots that I have made by Northface are stiff too...I have been wearing them around trying to loosen them up...So far they are getting less stiff..I just stand on my toes and bend up and down and jump up and down to get the bend broken in...
