Hey I'm really digging the look. I was wondering since I'm 5 3' and 120 pounds, what size should I get? I was thinking another the xs but I don't want it too tight.

It all depends on your body type. The sleeves are a little shorter than you might expect, but the shoulders and waist are pretty generously sized.
