Because of static electricity in fleece jackets, I only like lined jackets. Is this jacket lined or is it just same material as outer material?

Agreed. Never dealt with static with this jacket. And the fleece lined inside is oh so soft.

this is a fleece lining bonded to the nylon woven softshell material. NO static!
