Yes, wash it on the delicate cycle with Woolite (or similar) then dry in the dryer with a few tennis balls.

Yes! I have washed my daughter's and my own Metropolis many times, with other down items on the delicate cycle. We dry it using the '3-4 tennis balls in the dryer'' method to poof up the down. Results are good every time!
