You might want to get yourself size fitted before choosing. Most outdoor specialty stores like REI will help you with this. Plus, Osprey has many great packs designed specifically for women. Just FYI

I'm 5'9", 165 lbs and I got a M/L. It more depends on your torso size but for this pack, you might want a S/M.
