My only concern are the wheels on this unit. Being that we all know how them baggage handlers at the air ports love to throw things around. My question is, has anyone had any problems with having the wheels break or broken???

see my comment above - eagle creek will take care of you if anything breaks - thats why you dont go with american tourist as a brand - buy expensive if you can and cry only once.

I've taken it on both train and plane and the chassis and wheels withstood both just fine. Actually, the entire unit survived just fine. Not crazy about most everything else about this one though.
