The Primus TiLite Stove uses ALL Lindal valve (screw-on) type, compressed gas, fuel canisters made by @ least nine manufacturers including Brunton, Coleman, Jetboil, Kovea, Markill, MSR, Optimus, Primus, Snow Peak, etc. These canisters can be found in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, western Europe, Japan, & Korea. This stove does not use a propane tank & no special fitting is required.

Not with one of those green propane bottles. Runs on a mixture of butane, isobutane and propane. There is no line or hose, just directly screws into the top of a canister that uses a Lindal valve, like the ones found on MSR, Brunton, Snow Peak or Primus.
