Is this jacket a really tight fit?? I'm 5-10", 150lbs and not to sure if I will need a small or a medium.

This jacket does not have a tight fit. The more athletic jacket in this same material is called the Momentum Jacket, but the Impulse is a more relaxed fit. In any case, at 5-10" I would go with a medium
