I'm 5-9, 140 and I think my small is a little roomy with the arms a little long, so I think you'd be fine with a small. This fits more loosely than many Arc'teryx garments. With a couple of layers on, mine fits pretty well, but I'd be swimming in it if I tried to throw it on over just a shirt. Even with the layers, I have plenty of room, so I agree that a small would be a good bet for you.
