I'm 5'10" 195lbs, what size should i go with???

I'm ready to take the plunge to the rockered realm and want to take on the hellbents, although i'm unsure as to what size to get.

A little history, i come from a racing background and do not ride much switch. My skiing style is hard charging lines and high speeds. My last pair of sticks were the 08' Volkl Katana. Would the 179's be to small? And what mounting position should i go with?
