I am 5'9", 115 lbs with very long thin legs. As always, it's very difficult to find anything that fits me from the waist down, but I'm guessing I'd be OK with the smalls? I'm a bit nervous about the length.

Small will fit tight...especially since they will be short on you and will press against your lower calf area. My build is similar to yours and as long as you are truly long and thin, you will fit into these. However, if you have any hip or thicker lower leg, you will need a medium. I have about five pairs of CW-X and each is a bit different in fit...these definitely run a bit tighter. Every pair I own is small...but my build is small/thin all around, in spite of my height.
