Does the powder skirt have velcro or snaps to attach the skirt to your snowpants? And is the hood big enough to put over a helmet?

hood def goes over a helmet, not sure about the pants ordeal. The skirt unzips so the zipper may zip into the bibs. There are also two snaps on the skirt that might snap onto pants.

I can't comment on this year's model, but last year the powder skirt had 2 snaps to attach to your pants, one on the back left and one on the back right. I would assume they didn't change it, but who knows.
