Hi - this was my first North Face jacket purchase and so far...

Hi - this was my first North Face jacket purchase and so far I think it's just a very overpriced "it" jacket to have. I got the recycled weimaraner brown color and I've washed it according to the directions twice. It won't stop shedding lint off onto everything I wear. Let's just say I can't even wear it unless I carry a lint brush around with me. Has anyone else had this same problem? Did it eventually quit shedding? Had I known how bad it was I would've saved my money. Definitely not worth the big bucks if I can't even wear it.

That should not be happening w/ your jacket. North face should be lifetime guarenteed. I always keep there tags but you should be able to return it w/o.

Call The North Face Company. They will replace it- they replaced both of my daughters' jackets for the same problem. Shipped them free.
