I just got a pair of 11's (this is my road-shoe size) and it seems to be too small. Do I go up 1/2 size or a full size? Any advice?

Hey, it depends on how small it feels. If you are a little cramped I would only go up a half size. If you cannot get your foot in the shoe, go up a full size.
