Ive never climbed with scarpa shoes but the shoes I have used sizing has been a pain Im a 11 1/2 in sneakers but Ive worn 10 1/2 to 12 in climbing shoes like mad rock and evolve any sizing suggestions for these shoes?

I wear 11.5 street and got 44.5 and they are a little more snug than I would prefer. I would try a 45 and get a half size down if they are too loose.
