I am interested in ordering the Dakine Scout mittens for my daughter who usually wears a woman's large in a glove. What size should be good for her?

I wear a men's large in gloves and mittens and these fit just right at a size large... but i'm no woman. If you get the wrong size, returns with backcountry are very easy and quick. Need to return something - no problem. Customer service is great.I wear a Women's large in mittens and a Men's small. I bought these in a small for my sister and they fit me great.
