What's the fit on this?
I know it says strandard but on another page a reviewer said kinda athletic.
Is it more like the Typhoon? where the M was way to baggy on me, or more like the Dragon where the M fits me perfectly?

5'11",140 lbs. M size fits just right on me. Length is good, arms are long enough so they don't ride up. Not baggy, but enough room for base and mid layers.
