would this jacket work for extremely cold winters for like zero degrees? if not what would work really good cuz i get cold very easily....? :) thanks!

Yes, The Chinook would work in very cold weather. It isn't going to be super duper warm, but it is going to offer a good amount of protection from the elements. If you are looking for an uber warm jacket that will guarantee to keep you warm I would check out the Mountain Hardwear Sub Zero SL Hooded Down Jacket - Men's.The Sub Zero SL Hooded down jacket will absolutely keep you warm down and below zero degrees.
