The listed [Reg] 21oz (552.8g); [Long] 24oz (680g) is only the fill weight.. not the bag weight people. This bag is 2 lb 8 oz / 1.05 kg (Reg)with sack.

The Helium EQ has a breathable/waterproof "Membrain" shell whereas the standard Helium uses a pertex shell. The lightness is due to 850 fill down being used.
