I enjoy the feel of a tee shirt under my dress shirt, but having certain medical procedures prevents me from grappling with anything that I cannot unbutton. Is this truly a tee shirt, or is there such a thing as a full front buttoned tee shirt?

I'd say the naming of this as a button down t-shirt is a bit of a misnomer. In my book, if it's got buttons (not to mention a collar), it can't be a t-shirt. This one has buttons and a collar = button down.
