Nice, good question actually. The Down Sweater Hoody and the TNF catalyst are definitely very similar pieces. The Down Sweater here uses a 100% recycled poly shell, vs nylon for the catalyst. I'd give the Down Sweater the nod in overall construction, and eco friendliness for the recycled poly, and Patagonia's 1% for the planet. Hope that answer helps?
