The Atom vest and nano both use 60gm insulation, the micro 100. The lack of external baffling on the Arc'teryx Atom compresses less of the insulation, and sheds weather better, as well as hiding threads. So a bit warmer than the nano, slightly less than the micro, but more durable construction than both.
