is there a two-way zip on the jacket? are the sleeves long enough...

is there a two-way zip on the jacket?
are the sleeves long enough for someone with loooong arms? also, i seem to be between a small and medium...would you recommend sizing up or down?

I found this jacket to run a little big and the sleeves are very long for the size. I'm 5'2" and have the xs and the sleeves hung over my finger tips. I also have the Mountain Hardwear Subzero parka which runs smaller and the sleeves are only just long enough.

The wrist gaitors here make all the difference so that will help elongate the arms. I'm 5'7 130 and have a small and it fits really well, but if you're concerned about arm length, I'd go with the medium. And the zip is one way- it's not long enough to need the 2 way zip.
