Mike, Do you mean that mean this bike? http://www.specialized.com/aw/en/bc/SBCProduct.jsp?spid=52909&scid=1001&scname=Road If so, yes it should fit as this carrier secures the front tire and there appears to be plenty of room between the front tire and frame on this bike. Hope this helps.
