Yes it will fit. I don't like nesting a fossil fuel stove in cookware because of the fuel smell, possible carbon deposits, fumes, etc. It's just a personal thing with me. There are many other better items that will nest in your cookware. If you do pack your stove in your cookware, make sure to always use the stove's stuff sack, which goes without saying.
