I usually fold in in half, and use it as a padding in my frameless pack, but this guy gets really small. I'd say 10x3 is very doable

The Stoic LTWT Sleeping Pad - Short comfortably rolls to 10in X 5in. You could pack it even smaller if needed. Stoic included a stuff sack and two straps with this pad, but used together are probably overkill. I'd suggest either using the stuff sack alone (without straps), or ditching one of the straps and using a single strap to hold closed when packing.
