The Altra is women specific but Arcteryx currently lists this as unisex. http://www.arcteryx.com/Product.aspx?EN/Womens/Packs/Bora-80#Over_60L

There is a women's specific version (now discontinued) call the Briza. The updated version is the Altra 62 (http://www.backcountry.com/arcteryx-altra-backpack-62-womens-3783-4394cu-in)about 2 lbs lighter, with panel loading. Pretty, sweet!
