I tried size 27.5 on in a store and that's the right size for me, but my toe was cramped in the inner boot. The guy in the store said I could put a toe cup on and thermo heat it to take care of the too-short inner boot problem What's he talking about? I'd rather buy the boots from you, but I hope to be able to do the necessary heat-sizing at home. Is that going to be possible?
