I'm 6-1, 250. I usually wear a 52" Long/XLong suit coat, 38" trouser. The length is a tad short, but I'm very long in the torso, short inseam. As far as fit, it's a *tad* snug in the chest, but I don't think I'd up-size, even if it was available. I think you'll be fine. It's a stellar jacket! Just got it today. It has tons of storage. I'd even consider buying it at the full price.
