For casual use best this version or the mx?
I'm 6'15 tall and 195ish, what size between L and Xl can i wear in winter with some other clothe under?

I've got the large and I'm about the same size as you and I have a bit of room in it. I believe the XL will be too big, but that's just my .02

The Gamma ar is a bit warmer. So if you want more warmth, go AR

For casual use I'd probably stick with the AR. I'd go with a XL if I were you. It will be comfortable for you but will have enough space to wear a fleece or something else under if you need to.
