I just got a 700 fill goose down jacket and it looks so thin. Will it be warm?

fill is only warmth to weight ratio, not total warmth, so it's possible that your 600 fill coat is warmer than a 700 fill.

I just purchased this jacket and will need to return it. It's not as warm as the NF Metropolis which is a 600 fill. Odd, but true.
