Yeah, I just want to know if I could put lets say alittle crystal light in it, cuz sometimes on a empty stomach I dont like the taste it gives off when the water is very cold, and or warm.

you can put whatever you want in any bladder. however anything with sugars and proteins in it will mold quickly. if you need flavor, and electrolytes i'd put nuun tablets in it. http://www.avantlink.com/click.php?tt=cl&mi=10060&pw=7149&url=http%3A%2F%2Fsearch.backcountry.com%2F%3Fq%3Dnuun%26x%3D0%26y%3D0they taste great and since they don't have sugars they won't leave the bladder moldy.
