The Arc'teryx Celeris is a bit more wind and water-resistant, and can be packed into it's pocket. Accelero has better moisture and temperature management, but doesn't pack down quite as small (not into it's pocket). I like the Accelero for winter running, and wear a Celeris over the top if it's really windy, drizzly or for just a bit more warmth.
