I've been using a boot with a wider last width around 102 will the narrow width of this boot be a big issue?

Only if you have wide feet. Langes aren't as narrow as they used to be. They used to have a reputation for being narrow, but they don't anymore. I have narrow feet (I measure A width, B is medium for women and D is medium for men) and every Lange I have tried on is too wide for me (I've tried on a few with a 98mm last). It doesn't matter what last width you are used to using, it depends on your feet. A boot fitter can blow out parts of the boot that are bothering you, such as the "sixth toe," ankle bones, and things on the sides of the feet and ankle. You can always buy the boot and return it (shipping label is $6.99)
