Does the Helium jacket fit small or is it true to size? I am thinking of using this jacket for running so i want a slim fit. I am 5 feet 9 inches with a 39 inch chest.

I would say that it fits true to size. I'm 5'11" 160lbs and wear a M.

I am 5'9 155lbs to 160lbs and I wear a medium....It has an athletic fit! I have used the jacket for mountain biking, trail running, and spring ski touring....
