So I really like these shoes and want a pair of them. I love BC so, I went to my local climbing shop and tried them on with the intent of buying them here. I tried on a 9 and it was pretty damn tight and hard to get on, my big toe curled and fit nicely. I heard this shoes stretch, so I am worried that the 9's might end up being too big. Should I go with the 8.5?

i bought some of these that fit tight enough i had to take them off between sends and my toes were always sore but by the time the sole wore out they were sloppy large and my heel would pull out on heel hooks. i dont know that i could have gone much smaller, but they are too big now. very comfortable though, i use them for warm up and hanging out at easier boulders or sport routes because i can now wear them all day comfortably.
