Osprey hands down, I absolute love the kode, i have owned dakine and the north face ski packs and nothing even gets close to the features and ease of use. I have owned deuter packs not ski packs and they are great packs. But the osprey is built extremely well it has a frame like you would find in a backpacking back pack wich helps you carry big skis or even a big lunch. I really think you will like the Osprey more than the Deuter.
