I think it runs pretty true to size. I bought a large for my mother, who is about 5'1" and about 150 lbs. and it looks great. The sleeves were a little long for her but she just turned them up and it looks like it was made that way. Very neat looking.

I'm 5'6, 125 lbs, I normally wear a small or xs and I got a small and it fits well. There's still some room for another layer underneath or I can wear it alone and it still looks really flattering.
