At what temperature can I wear this jacket? (min; max). Live in Russia, so the winter is really cool 30~40 C. Thanks.

Alexander, You could wear this jacket alone down to about the freezing mark. Any lower then that and you may be rather uncomfortable. This jacket is insulated with 60g of primaloft, but that is not very much when you are talking very low temperatures. Hope this helps.
